Wave Editor 3.0.0.1 has been released. This release should fix the issue with LAME_ENC.DLL

The initial release will be ready until this weekend.  Wave Editor project has been started one year ago as sound editor add-on for excellent mp3 recorder software.  From now, it will be also available as stand alone application.
